We hope that you love all your purchases from Three Sisters Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.  Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, blankets, cups, beauty products, swimwear If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to: Three Sisters Boutique, 627 Brookway Blvd, Brookhaven, MS 39601 Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.  Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your App account! Damaged Items Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at threesisters_boutique@yahoo.com and forward photos of any damage.
